Shipping Policy
At Surfside Threads our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Most items will arrive 7-14 business days after you submit your order. In rare, worst case scenarios, this can be upwards of 30-60 days. If we expect an item may take longer than usual to get to you we do our best to inform you in the product description. For more details on the shipping process see below:
The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:
- Processing time: Order verification. All orders are that need to be produced are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. If the manufacturer is in China this may take an additional 2–4 days.
- Fulfillment: Creating and/or packaging. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, on average, products are fulfilled in 4-9 days. A few items can take up to 30 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and fulfillment, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
